CARLTON, MN-- State parks may be the best way to social distance yourself while getting fresh air at the same time.
Even though state parks are still open, that did not look like the case according to Ken Tischer, a local hiker at Jay Cooke State Park.
Even with the rain and fog today, Trischer and his dog are staying active.
"It's good to get away from the news for a bit, no offense, but you have to get out and try to get some exercise and get your mind on other things for a while," Said Trischer.
He says it's the perfect activity because you can continue to social distance, while in a relaxing environment.
