ST. CLOUD, (KARE) — According to a press release by the ATF, several local and federal agencies have determined that the Feb. 17 Press Bar fire in St. Cloud was intentionally set, and the bar's owner has been placed under arrest.

The determination was reached jointly on Feb. 29 by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives' National Response Team, the St. Cloud Fire Department, the St. Cloud Police Department and the Minnesota State Fire Marshal's Office.

Authorities say the owner was placed under arrest under probable cause pending arson-related charges, and has been booked in the Stearns County Jail.
