Southbound I-35 tunnels reopened after 6 vehicle crash

DULUTH, MN-- The tunnels on Duluth's southbound Interstate-35 are back open after Minnesota State Patrol responded to a six-vehicle crash Monday morning just after 8:45 a.m. Monday.

Officials say no one was injured.

The cause of the crashes is under investigation.

DULUTH, MN-- Reports of several crashes appear to be impacting traffic in the Interstate 35 southbound tunnels in Duluth Monday morning.

Minnesota Department of Transportation cameras appeared to show traffic stopped in the shoulder as of 8:55 a.m.

No word on how mnay vehicles may be involved or if anyone was injured.

Drivers should consider alternative routes.
