3 charged in Hibbing drug bust, more than 300 grams of meth seized

HIBBING, MN-- Three Hibbing men have been charged after authorities seized more than 300 grams of meth and hundreds of dollars in cash during a drug bust.

According to the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office, authorities executed a search warrant around 8:40 p.m. January 8 at the Oliver Apartments on the 2000 block of 6th Avenue East in Hibbing.

Court documents show William Foster, 61, Robert Goble, 57, and Kenneth Pogorelc, 33, were all arrested in connection to the incident.

Foster and Goble were arrested during an initial search of the apartment building, according to court documents.

When two deputies were outside the apartment, Pogorelc came to the door and was arrested.

Pogorelc was allegedly found to have more than 300 grams of methamphetamine on him.

Goble and Foster were each found with several small bags containing meth, along with money, a clear pipe, and a book containing names and addresses.

Authorities also discovered drug paraphernalia located throughout the apartment, which included, scales, pipes, and tin foil with residue. Court documents show they also found a bag containing ammunition.

Foster was charged with possession with intent to sell and being a felon in possession of a firearm, with bail set at $30,000.

Goble was charged with 3rd degree meth sales. His bail was also set at $30,000.

Pogorelc was charged with possessing meth and having the intent to sell it. His bail was set at $100,000.

All three men are due back in court later this month.
