DULUTH, MN -- When you’re busy running around to a million different places all day, healthy eating habits can seem like one of the hardest things to keep up with.

So, as part of a new, weekly segment this January, the KBJR 6 Today team is sitting down with Ryan King, owner of Aerial Athletics in Duluth, for tips on making healthy meal choices throughout the week.

This week, King discussed how to meal prep, eat healthy in a time-crunch, and avoid overeating.
