Duluth Police: No citations, arrests after dog thrown from balcony

DULUTH, MN — Police have released new information after a domestic incident Monday afternoon in Duluth’s Central Hillside neighborhood.

According to Duluth Police, a woman received minor injuries during the incident, which happened on the 20 block of West Village View Drive.

In addition, police say a dog was thrown from a second-story balcony and survived the fall.

At this time, police haven’t issued any citations, and no one has been arrested.
