Grandparents request rights to visit with children of accused murderer

DULUTH, MN — The grandparents of children whose mother was killed following a domestic incident in June have asked a judge about their right to visit them.

Ryan Jazdzewski appeared in court in Saint Louis County Monday afternoon, where Jazdzewski’s parents requested having rights to visit with his children.

The next hearing on the matter is scheduled for Monday, October 7th.

Jazdzewski, 40, is accused of murdering his wife, Nicole Jazdzewski, 41, on June 2nd. During an interview with police, Jazdzewski told authorities he had a “horrible fight” with his wife and “lost it”.

He is currently held in the Saint Louis County Jail on a $750,000 bail.
