Superior 5th Graders Give Back to the Community

A group of students is going above and make a big difference in Superior.

A classroom of 5th graders has been taking donations in an effort to help out their community.

Today, they spent time getting ready to deliver those donations to those in need.

“We’re folding clothes,” said 5th Grader Jackson Mueller. “We’re helping two organizations, the Harbor House and St. Vicent de Paul.”

“It just feels good to help them,” said 5th Grader Caleb Fouts.

“It’s just a very good feeling,” said 5th Grader Peyton Franta. “To think that I made someone’s day or year; a very good year.”

The students will deliver their donations to Saint Vincent de Paul and Harbor House at the end of May.
