DULUTH, MN — A Duluth woman says she will be formally announcing her candidacy for Duluth’s District 3 seat on the City Council later this week.
Randorf says she is committed to working hard for Duluth, including the expansion of the hospital district, investment in infrastructure and to opportunities to grow housing options.
“I love Duluth and look forward to supporting economic growth, housing, public safety, quality streets, childcare resources and the needs of our senior citizens. Growing our business community will bring jobs to the Northland and this will help support everyone throughout Duluth It would be the honor of my life to serve as a Duluth City Councilor,” she stated.
Previously, Randorf has for the Duluth News Tribune, and currently works for Dale Carnegie Training.
She currently has two sons, one who attends Duluth Pubic Schools, and the other serves on the Duluth Police Department.
Randorf’s announcement will be held at City Hall on Thursday, April 25th at 5:15 p.m.
Randorf is running for a seat currently held by Em Westerlund, who says she is not running.
Earlier this month, Theresa O’Holloran-Johnson announced her campaign for the seat.
