UPDATE: 15-year-old hurt in West Duluth stabbing, juvenile taken into custody

DULUTH, MN – New details Wednesday night on a West Duluth stabbing involving two teenagers.

Police say it happened around 6 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Ramsey St. and N 54th Ave. West.

Police said on Wednesday the victim and the suspect were both 15-year-old boys.

One was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The other was arrested.

No word on whether charges have been filed.


DULUTH, MN — A juvenile male is pending formal charges after a stabbing sent another juvenile male to the hospital.

The Duluth Police Department reports the incident happened around 6 p.m. Tuesday in the area of 54th Ave. W. and Ramsey St. in Duluth.

Police said the stabbing resulted in a non-life threatening injury, and the suspect was taken to the Arrowhead Juvenile Center.

Police said they are not looking for any other suspects.
