Duluth NAACP calling for commitment against hate

DULUTH, MN – The Duluth NAACP is calling for people in the Twin Ports to make a commitment against hate.

The organization is encouraging the public and city leaders to take a stand against white nationalist groups.

This after posters promoting the group “Patriot Front” popped up at a city park. City crews took them down shortly after.

In a statement on its website. the NAACP asked city leaders and community members alike to hold people
accountable when they see or hear hatred-filled actions.

The NAACP said by doing so “together we can work to eradicate hate in all its forms; within our families, neighborhoods, and throughout our cities.”
