A couple of days with mild temperatures

TODAY/TONIGHT: There will be a few lingering snow showers in the early morning, otherwise decreasing clouds from west to east today. We will be partly cloudy this afternoon with highs in the mid-teens. Winds will be out of the WNW 5-10mph.

Tonight we will see clear skies and calm winds. Lows will fall to around 0° in Duluth. Winds will be out of the west.

THURSDAY: Thursday will be the warmest day of the week. Highs will climb into the lower 20’s! We will see partly cloudy to partly sunny skies. Winds will be out of the west 5-10mph.

FRIDAY: Friday will start out quiet and cloudy. But there will be a shortwave in the jetstream that will pass in the afternoon/early evening that will bring a chance of light snow. The snow should remain from the Ports and south, so if you have travel plans to or from the cities, expect some minor delays. We are not expecting a ton of snow, but 1-3” and some reduced visibility possible.

WEEKEND: This weekend is going to get cold again. Saturday we will see partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies. Highs will be in the single digits with a bit of a breeze too. Sunday we will wake up in the teens below zero and only see single digit highs. But there should be a good amount of sunshine this weekend.
