UPDATE: Some MSP-bound flights being re-directed to Duluth Int’l Airport

(UPDATE 10 a.m.) MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Officials say seven flights have been re-directed to Duluth’s International Airport after runways at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport were temporarily closed due to the heavy snowfall.

MSP officials tweeted saying the team was able to safely re-open one of the runways.

It is unknown at this time what flights have been re-directed.

Airport officials say you should check with your airline to verify the status of your flight if you will be traveling to MSP Airport.
