DULUTH, MN — With all of 2019 ahead of us, lawmakers and city leaders are busy setting their priorities for the new year.
That includes the elected officials of St. Louis County, who have no small amount of work ahead of them.
The county is massive. In fact, it’s the largest county in the U.S. by total area east of the Mississippi River, and home to more than 200,000 people.
